What kind of glass does GLASSICO use?
All GLASSICO jewelry is handmade from Italian Murano glass and borosilicate glass using the lampwork technique. These are durable types of artistic glass that are melted in a flame and shaped into unique forms and colors.
Every GLASSICO piece undergoes a slow, controlled cooling process in a special kiln, helping to make it durable and safe to wear❤️Is GLASSICO jewelry easy to break?
Every GLASSICO piece is handmade from glass — this is what makes it so special, but also means it should be treated with care.
Think of it as a small glass treasure. With gentle handling, it can stay with you and be enjoyed for many years.
How to care for your GLASSICO jewelry:● Store your jewelry separately, preferably in a soft pouch or box, to protect it from accidental impact.● After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cotton cloth. You can use warm water or a small amount of glass cleaner.● Remove your ring before washing your hands — wet fingers can be slippery.● If you are being physically active, exercising, or doing anything where the jewelry could be knocked or dropped, it is best to leave it somewhere safe.Avoid:● Drops, strong impacts, and contact with hard surfaces.● Sudden changes in temperature● Storing your jewelry in the bathroom or other humid places.

Oops... your jewelry broke. What should you do?
It happens sometimes — even to the most careful of us. If your piece has fallen, cracked, or broken, send us a message. We always try to give glass a second life. ❤️
Send a photo or short video to moc.liamg%40oiduts.ocissalg or via Instagram DM, and we will let you know whether the piece can be repaired.
If the piece is repairable, we will provide an estimated repair cost. Every repair is done by hand, with the same care and attention that went into creating the piece in the first place.
The cost of shipping the piece to our studio is covered by the customer.
Hollow (blown) glass elements are more difficult to restore, so these cases are assessed individually.How do I find my perfect ring size?
Before choosing your size, keep a few things in mind:
Your finger size can change depending on the temperature, time of day, and even the day itself. Fingers may swell slightly in warm weather and become smaller in cold temperatures. Fingers on your left and right hands can also be different sizes.
Always measure the finger on which you plan to wear the ring.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. A ring that is slightly loose is generally more comfortable than one that is too tight.

Production Time & Payment
All GLASSICO jewelry is handmade, so production usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and material availability.
Every glass element is shaped individually by hand. Because of this, the color, shape, or size of your piece may vary slightly from the images shown. This is part of what makes every GLASSICO piece truly one of a kind.

For international orders, payment is currently available via PayPal.
Once your order details, availability, and shipping costs are confirmed, we will send you the payment instructions. This allows us to make sure that everything is clear and agreed upon before your order is placed.

Unexpected Situations

Please note that, for logistical reasons, we cannot process claims regarding lost packages if more than one month has passed since the shipping date.
